This group is for any adult who is interested in connection, community, self-reflection, psycho education, healing, learning and growth. This group is informed by the therapeutic modality called Internal Family Systems. Each week there will be a combination of psycho-education and skill building, self-reflection practices, and group experiential exercises that aim to help you learn more about yourself. This is done in a group setting with the hopes of decreasing feelings of isolation, fostering connecting, and learning collaboratively.

WHEN: Mondays 5:30-7:30 on March 23, March 30, April 13, April 20, April 27, May 4, May 11

WHOSE CAN ATTEND: This group is open to anyone. You do not need prior experience in group therapy, nor do you need any knowledge of Internal Family Systems. Some prior experience in individual counselling is recommended.

COST: 805$ (115$). This group is provided by a Registered Psychologist and Registered Clinical Counsellor. Most benefit programs will reimburse the cost of this group. We are also both registered providers with IRS, Blue Cross, and NIHB. If you are eligible with those programs the cost of group can be covered through those providers.

WHERE: The group will be held downtown Whitehorse at 301-301 Lambert Street.
