Weekend Therapy Intensive Overview
Imagine 10-12 of us gathering in a warm, supportive circle in our beautiful retreat lodge. This group is designed for people who are ready to take a deeper, more personal dive into their inner worlds. Some prior experience in individual counselling is recommended, but not necessary.
This group blends therapy, guided exercises, and compassionate processing — it’s a space to explore and integrate your relationship with yourself with therapeutic support.
You can expect to:
Learn about the therapeutic modality called Internal Family Systems and your own internal system
Explore your system without needing to share detailed personal history
Receive guidance to process what arises in a trauma-informed and consent-based group
Build compassion and courage for your ongoing healing journey
Connect authentically with others in a safe, respectful space
Who this group is for:
Adults (21+) of all genders
People who are curious about themselves and their patterns
Those ready to engage more deeply with their inner system in community
People who value respectful, consent-based sharing without pressure to disclose personal stories
What You Need to Know
Risks & Benefits
Group therapy can be very healing, but it can also bring up difficult feelings and, on occasion, memories. It’s normal to feel vulnerable or unsettled at times. We are experienced, trained therapists who specialize in PTSD and complex-trauma, and are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
The benefits of group therapy include feeling less alone, developing self-compassion, experiencing community-support with structure and guidance, and gaining new perspectives and tools for your healing journey.
